Job Description
Decoding and Quality of Drawings:
- Understand technical drawings and quality specifications.
- Analyze data types and processing methods to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure the integration of secure items into the process flow.
Process Planning:
- Develop and implement process plans to streamline operations.
- Identify critical technical challenges and develop strategies for resolution.
- Ensure the integration of secure items into the process flow.
Standard Document Creation:
- Create and maintain determination tables and design reports (ON and OQ).
- Develop basic start-up plans and ensure adherence to process FMEA.
- Prepare Management Process diagrams and analyze Line trial results.
Technology Negotiation and Customer Relations:
- Engage in technology negotiations with customers as required.
- Document meeting minutes and manage customer communication effectively.
Mass Production Start-up and Quality Assurance:
- Coordinate mass production start-up activities according to schedule.
- Implement problem-solving measures to address production issues promptly.
- Analyze quality results and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Trial Implementation and Equipment Safety:
- Supervise trial implementation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement measures to address identified issues.
- Verify equipment safety checks and ensure compliance with standards.
Design Change Management:
- Manage design change processes and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to clarify design change specifications.
