You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and a passion for connecting the right people with the right roles.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for open positions across departments.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Source candidates through online channels (e.g. LinkedIn job boards social platforms).
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress and metrics.
Promote the company s reputation as a great place to work.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and job fairs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay up to date with labor legislation and recruitment trends.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
0 - 1 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Familiarity with ATS and resume databases.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
