Job Description
Title: Affiliate Manager - Forex Group (Limassol Cyprus)
Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Management: Develop and manage the global affiliate program focusing on recruitment retention and performance of affiliates in diverse markets including South Africa and LATAM.
Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit new affiliates strategic partners and introducing brokers (IBs) to grow the affiliate network and drive revenue.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates ensuring ongoing support effective communication and collaboration on marketing strategies.
Campaign Optimization: Monitor affiliate performance analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize affiliate campaigns to increase conversions retention and overall profitability.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular performance reports to senior management offering insights into affiliate performance market trends and growth opportunities.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing compliance and sales teams to ensure that affiliate marketing strategies align with the company s goals and adhere to industry regulations.
Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate affiliate terms agreements and commission structures ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with the companys objectives.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to adapt affiliate strategies as needed.
Training & Support: Provide ongoing support and training to affiliates ensuring they are equipped with the right tools and resources to succeed in promoting the company s offerings.
International Focus: Manage affiliate operations across various global markets ensuring customized strategies for each region including South Africa and LATAM.
Requirements
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing preferably within the Forex or financial services industry. Experience managing affiliate programs in international markets is a plus.
Location: Must be based in Cyprus and able to work from our Limassol office.
Affiliate Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies tools and platforms (e.g. HasOffers Partnerize).
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze affiliate performance data and use insights to drive growth and optimize campaigns.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with global affiliates and internal stakeholders.
Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in negotiating affiliate agreements and commissions.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (e.g. Spanish Portuguese or French) are a plus.
Global Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Forex industry and global markets particularly in South Africa and LATAM.
Education: Bachelor s degree in marketing business or a related field is preferred.
