Candidates must have 3-6 years (2019-2022 JDs) of International Trade experience including significant exposure to Export Controls Compliance CFIUS and Sanctions matters. Candidates must demonstrate substantive experience in matters involving ITAR EAR OFACinvestigating and drafting voluntary disclosures and developing and implementing compliance policies.
