We are looking for a SALES REP/SALES ASSOCIATE for a local company. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON SATURDAYS! Duties include
- Contribute to store sales by selling home equipment and accessories
- Promote company programs and promotions
- Provide a favorable experience for all customers
- Use and develop sales skills and principals including rapport building approach answering objections follow up and maintaing relationships with previous customers
- Maintain strong knowledge of all products
- Schedule consultations
- Provide support by being responsive to incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all store employees
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience
- Excellent communication customer service skills and organizational skills
- Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills
- Team player
- Must be available to work on Saturdays and occasional Sunday.
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites (Word Excel Outlook and Power Point)
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs
- Must pass drug and background screening
* Bachelors degree in Business is a plus.

Responsibilities Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyze the territory/market s potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback Skills Proven work experience as a sales representative Excellent knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday Commission pay
