Job Description
Setup and Location: Onsite - Ortigas Pasig City
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and maintaining Azure infrastructure components such as Virtual Networks NSGs VPNs and firewalls
- Support hybrid cloud connectivity including ExpressRoute and site-to-site VPN solutions
- Help design secure cloud environments aligned with best practices and compliance standards
- Participate in troubleshooting Azure networking security and identity issues
- Work with Juniper and WatchGuard devices to maintain secure high-performance on-prem networks
- Assist with monitoring incident response and reporting using Azure Monitor Sentinel and third-party tools
- Contribute to infrastructure projects documentation and client support initiatives
- Support the deployment and maintenance of Azure infrastructure services such as Azure Container Apps
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure App Services
Requirements
Skills & Competencies
- Familiarity with Azure networking components (VNets VPN Gateway NSG Azure Firewall)
- Understanding of cloud security principles and RBAC
- Basic experience with PowerShell or CLI for automation
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing DNS routing firewalls)
- Exposure to Juniper WatchGuard or other enterprise networking technologies (preferred but not essential)
- Strong willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment
Preferred Experience
- 2 4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure cloud operations or networking
- Completion of Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g. AZ-104 AZ-700 or AZ-305)
- Previous experience in an MSP or client-facing role advantageous
