Job Description
About the Client:
Veritas Investments Inc. is a technology-enabled real estate investment and management company that specializes in sustainably operating mixed-use multifamily properties in major West Coast markets.
- Understand business requirements and design a data model to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
- Build data transformations using SQL Server integration services (SSIS).
- Design and develop SQL Server stored procedures functions triggers and views to be used during ETL process.
- Documentation of solutions (e.g. data models configurations and setup).
- Data warehouse development and working with SSIS and SSRS reporting.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and implement them through reports that support decision-making.
- Analyzing the current ETL process defining and designing new systems
- Use Power BI and SSRS to create dashboards interactive visual reports.
- Collaborate with users and team members at various levels for suggestions and improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in data-related roles
- Experience in BI tools and systems such as Power BI (desired) SSRS etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stac
- Familiarity with Data Analysis
- Competent in developing SSIS-based integrations with external data sources via APIs (RESTful SOAP JSON GraphQL etc.) and CSV/flat file downloads.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data integration approaches is desired.
- Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
