About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives for a growing retail brand. This role is responsible for shaping public perception managing internal and external communications and overseeing campaigns across multiple channels. You ll also lead loyalty initiatives and foster key partnerships to maximize impact and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support business objectives and customer engagement
- Plan execute and evaluate multi-channel campaigns including digital print in-store and event-based initiatives
- Oversee the development of marketing materials and content across various platforms including social media press releases website loyalty app and brochures
- Manage internal and external communications ensuring alignment across departments and clear brand messaging
- Act as the primary liaison for public relations handling media outreach stakeholder engagement and brand representation
- Lead the planning and execution of loyalty and partnership programs including data analysis and campaign performance tracking
- Monitor market trends conduct competitor analysis and use research insights to shape marketing plans
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on campaign planning budgeting timelines and project delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with media partners and key stakeholders to support marketing and branding efforts
- Manage and track the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources and strong return on investment
- Supervise vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely and quality execution of marketing activities
- Support administrative tasks such as expense tracking licensing and contract processing
- Participate in company events and marketing campaigns as required
- Lead mentor and develop team members to ensure high performance alignment with company values and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns and manage brand communications
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Independent self-motivated and capable of leading by example with integrity and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus
- Minimum 4 5 years of marketing experience ideally in retail or lifestyle brands
- Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Mass Communication Business or a related field
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel when required
