Be part of our client s team as a 2D Team Leader Architect. Youll lead commercial space planning projects mentor a team of architects and uphold top-tier quality standards. This role blends leadership with hands-on expertise while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent tech-driven design solutions that redefine architectural efficiency.
Job Overview
Shift: Day Shift
Work Setup: Onsite Bogot and Medell n
- Lead manage and mentor a team of architects focused on 2D layout planning for commercial spaces
- Oversee day-to-day workflows and ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines
- Review and approve architectural deliverables prior to submission
- Collaborate closely with Product R&D and Customer Success teams
- Provide regular performance feedback and technical support to team members
- Solve design or process-related challenges quickly and effectively
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in architecture
- 1 2 years of experience leading or mentoring architectural or design teams
- Bachelors degree in Architecture (required)
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting tools
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
- Strong background in workplace or commercial space planning
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a proptech company or fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with architectural visualization tools or space planning platforms
- Experience working within cross-functional teams (e.g. Product R&D)
