We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our client services team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers providing timely and effective assistance while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction resolving issues and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone email and in-person
Provide clear and accurate information about company services and procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Document interactions and follow up on open cases
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve issues
Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Identify opportunities for service improvement based on customer feedback
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
