We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our expanding team in San Antonio TX. In this role you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and contributing to revenue growth. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research networking and outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals
Track sales metrics and report on performance using CRM tools
Attend industry events and represent the company in a professional manner
Stay up to date on market trends competitors and client needs
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred
13 years of experience in business development sales or client-facing roles
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
