Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be the first point of contact for our clients providing timely and professional assistance to ensure satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with internal departments to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email or ticketing systems
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with a focus on quality service
Document interactions and updates in CRM systems accurately
Collaborate with sales technical and operations teams to address complex issues
Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers
Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements to internal processes
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer support or client service role (2 years preferred)
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (CRM tools)
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Associate or Bachelors degree preferred but not required
