Application Support Specialist (Level 2)
Work Setup: Full Onsite
Schedule: Day Shift 6am to 3pm Monday to Friday

Were looking for a Level 2 Application Support Specialist to serve as the escalation point for our customer-facing support teams. If you thrive on troubleshooting complex technical issues automating support processes and digging into root causesnot just band-aiding symptomsyoull feel right at home.
Youll be supporting internal teams and external users working closely with engineering QA and customer success to keep our systems stable efficient and responsive.
What youll do
Own Level 2 technical issuessolve them quickly and thoroughly to minimize downtime and disruption.
Work cross-functionally with the Development team for escalations that require deeper investigation.
Write or support scripting solutions (PowerShell Python SQL) to automate repetitive tasks and improve system performance.
Maintain clear and accurate documentationtickets resolutions FAQs and knowledge base updates.
Provide occasional hands-on desktop support (installation configuration compliance checks).
Keep up with new technologies tools and trendsbring fresh thinking to how we do support.
Mentor and guide Level 1 support team members when needed.
Additional Information :
Work setup: FULL ONSITE Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
Schedule: 8am to 5pm
