Job Description
Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take the next step in your career Do you thrive in complex environments and have a passion for seismic resilience industrial builds and refurbishment projects If youre looking for a role where you can lead from the front and make a real impactthis is it.
As a Project Manager youll be the key liaison between clients and project teams managing the full lifecycle of high-impact projects. Youll lead with confidence mitigate risks before they arise and deliver exceptional outcomes across a diverse portfolio of technically challenging projects working within our Project Leaders Team.
This role is ideal for someone with intermediate project management experience whos ready to step into a more pivotal strategic positionespecially if youve worked on seismic strengthening industrial developments or complex refurbishments.
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end project deliveryfrom planning and design through to construction and handover
- Manage consultant and contractor performance ensuring alignment with project goals
- Oversee procurement tendering and contract administration
- Chair key meetings track progress and drive accountability
- Identify and mitigate project risks with foresight and precision
- Deliver clear insightful reporting to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulatory and quality standards
- Champion Colliers Project Leaders values and culture in every interaction
Qualifications :
- 5 years of project management experience ideally across the full project lifecycle
- Proven experience in seismic resilience industrial or refurbishment projects
- Strong skills in contract management budgeting and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Procore/Aconex Mastt)
- A proactive solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- A desire to grow into a leadership role and mentor others
