Job Summary
To ensure effective documentation management and administrative support for the successful execution of Sonagazi 50MW project.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a document control schedule ensuring all project documents are reviewed updated and archived regularly.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project-specific document control procedures.
- Systematically manage EPCM-related documents collect data build databases and handle document transmittals.
- Operate Electronic Document Management Systems in SharePoint.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports as required by project management team.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams consultants EPC contractor to ensure timely document flow and administrative coordination.
- Manage different administrative tasks including logistics office supplies maintenance and HR support functions ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Skills
- 13 years of experience in project renewable energy or infrastructure project development preferred
- Background or interest in business administration project admin or office administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitasking
