Job Description

This will be a customer facing selling position with responsibility for specific Ben E Keith (BEK) locations.

Day-to-Day Role:

This role will report to a National Sales Manager (NSM)

    • This will be a customer facing selling position with responsibility for specific Ben E Keith (BEK) locations.
    • Implement and execute the Key Account plan created by the Dart Key Account Manager (KAM) for their BEK locations.
    • Calls will be made with BEK DSRs to help gain sales and win market share prioritizing key growth areas for BEK. This position will also help drive adoption for newly launched products to be stocked at BEK locations.
    • Work on specific BEK initiatives including BEK Essential private label conversions.
    • Attend BEK shows or events.
    • Strong Communication and Collaboration skills are needed along with familiarity with Excel and Power BI.
    • Must have the ability to uncover and target sales opportunities using 3rd party data along with Dart internal data.
    • Monitor Key Performance Indicators using Attribytes data to provide area-specific analysis and action plans. Identify gaps or voids at the location level.
    • 5-6 nights of travel per month expected.

Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

  • Consistent performance as a Dart Territory Sales Representative or a minimum of 3 years outside sales
    experience to food service paper distributor or a relatable field. Duties would have included selling a
    product/service to a customer/business.
  • Ability to travel overnight.
