Job Description
Balanced Body is hiring! We are seeking an experienced International Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to oversee our UK warehouse. The responsibilities of the position include monitoring and managing the flow of inventory to and through the warehouse working with 3PLs for everything from set up of the warehouse to tracking customer feedback and supporting internal and external partners to ensure a successful E-commerce 3PL partnership.
To be successful in the position you will be able to manage and optimize inventory transfer be proficient in using WMS and ERPs work well with outside partners and have experience in managing a warehouse in another country.
You will be supporting internal and external partners in optimizing and growing our international fulfillment. You should be comfortable in a fluid environment where priorities could shift often. The functions of this position demand consistency high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Areas of Responsibility:
Coordinates with internal and external teams to ensure products are available for timely shipment from our UK Warehouse
Monitors order progress proactively identifying and resolving potential delays to maintain delivery schedules
Communicates regularly with Sales Production Purchasing and Shipping teams to address inventory needs and any potential supply chain issues
Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency related to stocking and utilizing 3PLs reducing costs and optimizing operations
Provides cross-functional support to teams including the international 3PL partner to ensure seamless stocking and flow of orders
May be included in vetting new 3PL partners (including possibly in other countries)
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with 3PL for warehouse fulfilment services
Minimum of 3 years of warehouse operations or logistics management experience
Experience stocking fulfilment from a manufacturing environment
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
International container shipping experience required
Experience working with large ERP systems - MS Business Central experience is a plus
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook and Excel)
Proficient using a warehouse management system
Understanding of program integrations (i.e. Shopify to WMS)
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Exceptional interpersonal and social skills
Exceptional analytical root-cause-analysis and decision-making abilities
Effective multitasking skills
Detail oriented with effective organization and prioritization skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Will require some travel to international warehouses
