We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bi-Lingual Hourly Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role is critical to attracting and hiring qualified production associates for our manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and capable of conducting the full-cycle recruitment processfrom sourcing and interviewing to onboardingwhile supporting a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for hourly production roles
Source candidates through job boards community outreach job fairs and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews in both English and Spanish
Hiring Process
Coordinate interview schedules and conduct interviews for hourly production positions
Extend job offers and guide candidates through the hiring and pre-employment processes
Maintain accurate and compliant hiring documentation and applicant tracking system records
New Hire Orientation
Assist with and conduct bilingual new hire orientation sessions
Ensure all new employees understand company policies safety procedures and job expectations
Facilitate the completion of onboarding paperwork and training requirements
Workforce Support
Serve as a liaison for Spanish-speaking candidates and employees throughout the hiring process
Support HR in ensuring a welcoming inclusive and compliant work environment
Assist with additional HR tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelors degree in HR or related field preferred
12 years of experience in hourly recruiting preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Additional Information :
Shift Hours:
Monday through Thursday: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm required overtime daily or on Fridays/Weekends as needed/necessary.
**Shift hours might be flexible depending on the current needs of the business
Working Conditions:
Primarily office-based with regular visits to the production floor
Occasional local travel for recruiting events or job fairs
Ability to work flexible hours during peak hiring periods
