THE POSITION:
We are seeking a diligent and initiative-oriented International Transportation Solutions Administrator to support the Global Logistics Manager at EVERSANA. In this critical role you will execute and manage solutions to meet international shipment requirements specializing in cold chain shipping and supporting both import and export functions. You will also oversee specialized procurement for both active and passive shippers coordinate Chamber studies with vendors book/track/invoice international shipments.
As a key member of our logistics team you will maintain strong partnerships with our transportation vendors and procurement solution suppliers driving business development and enhancing managed transportation efforts. Additionally you will take accountabilities for all standard Transportation Coordinator duties as well as handling pack-out processes and managing commercial invoice activities.
Key responsibilities include ensuring that all outbound orders are processed correctly and in accordance with the required documentation. Your knowledge of DOT and IATA regulations along with hazmat certification will ensure that all shipping documentation meets and exceeds industry standards. You will play a critical role in mitigating risk for EVERSANA by maintaining the highest level of execution and compliance for outbound shipments.
This position serves as a liaison with the Operations team to facilitate shipment readiness and ensure that both international and domestic shipping requirements are clear and executed. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic requiring strong organizational planning and critical thinking skills to manage varied workloads. The individual in the role is required to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal departments carriers and clients.
