Job Description
The Day to Day:
- Support daily food prep for servicecleaning chopping portioning and organizing ingredients
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness food safety and sanitation
- Learn kitchen operations station setup and the basics of line service
- Work alongside experienced chefs and contribute to a positive team environment
- Participate in daily prep lists inventories and waste reduction practices
Qualifications :
- Basic Understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
- Ability to take direction and work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Able to spend 100% of the time standing.
