Job Description

  • Provide scheduling services across diverse Real Estate projects
  • Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractors programmes to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
  • Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
  • Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays.
  • Conduct delay analysis and assist the Senior Scheduler in delay claims management.
  • Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Programme including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractors programme.
  • To provide sound advice to the clients during all phases of the project regarding the most efficient timelines of carrying out multi-staged complex construction projects.

Qualifications :

  • Professional proficiency in P6 (Primavera) and MS Project. Knowledge of Asta or other programming software is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint Word etc.
  • Ability to analyse schedule impacts/delays and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Construction related qualification preferable 
  • Minimum of 5 years planning experience
  • Preferable large-scale Real Estate project experience - Hospitals/ Retail/ Commercial/ Hotels/ High-Rise / Universities / Residential Projects experience
