Job Description
This is how you WOW:
- Enhance order accuracy delivery speed and tracking visibility
- Streamline picking packing and shipping efficiency for a faster fulfillment process
- Ensure on time delivery with the most cost-effective measures
- Leverage WMS and automation to improve efficiency
- Support long term growth by ensuring our e- commerce fulfillment is scalable and cost efficient as well as customer focused
- Monitor and address shipping performance and delays with carriers
- Analyze fulfillment process to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
- Utilize data to drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare and present regular reports on fulfillment performance including key metrics related to order processing shipping times and inventory accuracy
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies implement improvements and develop long-term strategies for warehouse operations.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean organized and efficient
- Find creative solutions that deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and financially efficient
