Work Schedule
Full-Time Monday Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
What Youll Do
As a BDC Representative youll be the voice of Walt Massey Automotive the first contact for our customers. Your role will be vital in delivering exceptional service and helping customers book service appointments quickly and efficiently.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Answer incoming service calls with energy and professionalism
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service advisors
Provide helpful answers and direct inquiries to the right department
Keep in touch with customers to encourage repeat business
Stay up to date on services inventory and promotions
Help ensure every customer leaves happy and comes back again
Meet personal productivity goals and support team success
Participate in training and service meetings
What Were Looking For
Previous BDC or call center experience is a plus (but not required!)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly positive can-do attitude
Comfortable with computers and online systems
High School Diploma or equivalent
Willingness to learn and grow with our team
