As our Physical Therapy Rehab Director youll:
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team of therapists
Oversee day-to-day rehab operations with a focus on quality compliance and efficiency
Collaborate with medical staff administration and community partners
Support therapist development performance and satisfaction
Maintain a small meaningful caseload to stay connected to patient care

What You Bring:
Current Wisconsin PT license
Leadership experience or strong leadership potential in a clinical setting
Passion for mentorship team development and patient-centered care

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- 1 years plus clinical practice experience
