The role...

The Inventory & Receiving Specialist II will assist the Supply Chain Operations team with entering and receiving materials and supplies. They will also help receive and stock finished goods inventory semi-finished goods inventory and then drive the logistics van between Trask and Tozer facilities. Success is measured by following standard operating procedures having keen attention to detail dedication for maintaining accurate records being a dependable team player critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.

Youll have the opportunity to...

• Enter goods received into ERP system
• Deliver received goods to end user in facility
• Put away goods received in appropriate supply room/area
• Verify documentation/Purchase Orders against received goods
• Effectively communicate with procurement regarding damaged goods received
• Receiving and stocking Finished Goods & Semi-finished Goods Inventory using proprietary warehouse management application
• Use SalesForce to manage inventory requests
• Cycle Count both Finished Goods & Semi-finished Goods Inventory
• Driving logistics van between buildings

Who you are and what you bring to the team...

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification required
• Ability to analyze and solve physical/non-physical receiving problems
• Critical thinking skills are required for the position
• Basic knowledge of: Windows Mac OS X Microsoft Word Excel Google Suite
• Ability to work alternating shift 8 AM 4 PM or 9 AM 5 PM (37.5 hours per week)
• Valid Drivers License

Ideally you have...

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• At least 2-years inventory management experience
• Experience with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) electronic tool (e.g. Oracle SAP SFDC etc.)

Physical Conditions/Physical Requirements...

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required:

• Sit stand walk bend and twist; use arms and hands to reach touch handle or feel; required to talk and hear.
• May be required to lift up to 50lbs when necessary.
• May be required to push and pull heavy pallets with a pallet jack.
• Must be able to pass a motorized pallet jack exam
