The Regional Director of Sales plays a key leadership role in driving occupancy revenue growth and strategic alignment across a portfolio of senior living communities. This position provides direct oversight coaching and performance management for community-based Sales Directors ensuring consistent execution of sales best practices team development and achievement of census goals in their assigned region. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Brand and supports our community teams by providing direct sales support and training. This role will act in an interim direct sales capacity during any vacancies throughout the organization or if there is a community that needs more support to reach occupancy/revenue goals.
Essential Functions
Lead the sales function across a defined region directly managing Sales Directors and supporting their success through coaching accountability and performance planning.
Execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals market dynamics and consumer needs.
Hire onboard and mentor Sales Directors fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions community visits and team trainings to elevate skills and drive engagement.
Provide support and guidance for challenging leads move-ins and pipeline management
Monitor sales KPIs including inquiries tours conversions and move-ins; identify trends gaps and opportunities.
Ensure CRM utilization and data integrity across all communities within the region.
Partners with Executive Directors Clinical Teams and Corporate Sales Team to ensure that the sales team is working congruently across functions and meeting KPIs through consistent occupancy growth
Varying schedule to include evenings holidays weekends and extended hours as business dictates.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
5 years of sales leadership experience with a strong track record in senior living healthcare hospitality or related industry.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
Strong understanding of CRM systems sales metrics and census-building strategies.
Excellent communication coaching and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel regularly within assigned region.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
Specific Requirements:
Possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to review data and develop strategies that support effective sales processes.
Must be able to travel frequently throughout the region (MD PA DE) with overnight stays required.
Must live in central PA MD or be willing to relocate.
Experience using Welcome Home software preferred
