JOB TITLE: Senior Technical Engineer L2 - Web Security & DLP
JOB PURPOSE: IT Security Ops BAU Support
QUALIFICATION: Graduation
CERTIFICATIONS: Certified in Forcepoint and or any web or data security
EXPERIENCE: 6 8 Years
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):
- Forcepoint Web Security:
- Deploy configure and maintain Forcepoint Web Security solutions to protect against web-based threats malware and data leakage.
- Monitor and analyze web traffic and security alerts through the Forcepoint Web Security platform.
- Implement and enforce web filtering policies URL categorization and access controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Forcepoint Web Security products.
- Collaborate with the IT and Security teams to integrate Forcepoint solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Keep up to date with the latest web security threats and Forcepoint product updates.
- Prepare and present regular reports on web security incidents usage and compliance.
- Participate in incident response related to web security breaches.
- Conduct periodic security assessments and audits of web security controls.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on web security best practices.
- Forcepoint Data Security:
- Deploy configure and maintain Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions to detect and prevent unauthorized data exposure or leakage.
- Develop and enforce data security policies aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor data security alerts investigate incidents and coordinate remediation actions.
- Analyze data flows and classify sensitive information to design appropriate DLP rules and policies.
- Work closely with IT legal and compliance teams to ensure data protection standards are met.
- Perform regular audits and assessments of data security controls and Forcepoint DLP system effectiveness.
- Create and maintain documentation for data security processes incidents and configurations.
- Stay updated on the latest data protection technologies trends and regulations.
- SSL Certificates:
- Manage the full lifecycle of SSL/TLS certificates including issuance renewal revocation and replacement.
- Work with Certificate Authorities (CAs) to procure certificates according to organizational needs.
- Configure and deploy SSL certificates on web servers load balancers mail servers and other network devices.
- Monitor SSL certificate expirations and maintain an inventory to avoid service disruptions.
- Troubleshoot SSL-related issues including handshake failures certificate chain problems and trust errors.
- Implement and enforce best practices for certificate management including key management and secure storage.
- Collaborate with IT security and application teams to ensure proper SSL deployment and adherence to security policies.
- Stay current with SSL/TLS protocols vulnerabilities and industry standards such as TLS 1.2 and Certificate Transparency.
- Support audits and compliance efforts related to encryption and certificate management.
- Netskope Cloud Proxy:
- Deploy configure and manage Netskope Cloud Proxy solutions to secure cloud traffic and enforce security policies.
- Monitor cloud application usage and web traffic for suspicious or risky behaviour using Netskope analytics and reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain policies for cloud access control data protection threat prevention and compliance.
- Work closely with network security and cloud teams to integrate Netskope with existing infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- Investigate and respond to security alerts related to cloud access and data loss prevention.
- Tune and optimize proxy configurations for performance and security effectiveness.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of cloud security posture using Netskopes tools.
- Stay current on emerging cloud security trends threats and Netskope product updates.
TECHNICAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:
- MANDATORY
- Administering Forcepoint Web security & data security
- Administering Netskope Cloud proxy
- Preferred to have ITIL Foundation certification.
SOFT SKILLS:
- MANDATORY
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in support operations of Linux
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
