About the Role
The Clinical Nurse Educator will play a key role in providing direct clinical support supervision instruction and mentoring to both graduate nurses and staff.

Nurse Educator Responsibilities
You will provide clinical education supervision and support to nursing students completing placements from recognised tertiary education providers. Shifts are scheduled during early and late periods from Monday to Friday with no weekend or overnight work required.
You will work closely with Nurse Unit Managers trained Preceptors and the broader Education team to deliver high-quality clinical support education and assessment in line with the hospitals undergraduate nursing program.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be a senior Registered Nurse with strong clinical expertise excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and respond effectively in a dynamic environment. You will demonstrate advanced skills in nursing assessment and clinical decision-making.
Your approach to learning is innovative and engaging and you are committed to delivering patient-centred care and outstanding service aligned with the hospitals values.

Renumeration: On offer is $54.72 - $58.82 superannuation based on experience (Level 2 RN).
