Salary - National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from 28800 to 36133 and London from 31000 to 40000 per annum (salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

The ED Markets Office in SPC supports the ED in managing diary commitments liaising with staff and external stakeholders and ensuring communication and co-ordination with the CEOs and other Directors offices. The Office also provides the ED with direct advice and briefing as well as supporting staff needing to engage directly.
What will you be doing
Manage the office inbox and review queue using sound judgment to address and escalate requests effectively
Provide coordination and support for the Executive Directors workflow including document review and approval processes
Compile and distribute internal communications and updates across the division.
Offer administrative support such as booking meetings arranging logistics processing expenses and general assistance
Serve as the contact for records management and act as SharePoint lead maintaining digital records and resources
Contribute to broader office operations by supporting colleagues assisting with planning activities and maintaining internal platforms and documentation

Minimum
Experience of supporting delivery independently under tight timeframes
Experience of working collaboratively with senior stakeholders in a support or administrative capacity
Experience of using Microsoft tools at an advanced level including OneNote Outlook and Excel
Essential
Ability to stay composed under pressure using strong organisational skills to meet tight deadlines
Skilled at managing multiple priorities with effective time management and attention to detail
Collaborative team member who contributes flexibly and supports colleagues across the team
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all levels
