Proactively identify target and secure new business opportunities (corporate social wedding etc.).
Develop and maintain relationships with clients event planners DMCs and corporate partners.
Event Planning & Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure flawless execution of events.
Create detailed event proposals contracts and banquet event orders
Client Relationship Management:
Conduct site visits client meetings and pre-event planning sessions.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales and event lifecycle.
Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Administrative & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records for all events
Track sales activity forecasts and event details for internal reporting.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry best practices.
Qualifications :
Minimum 24 years of experience in hospitality sales event planning or catering.
Proven track record in sales and event execution.
Strong organisational interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in event management systems.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Flexible schedule including availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
