Job Description

As a Partnership Coordinator youll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our partners. Reporting to the Partnership Manager youll ensure that partners receive all contracted benefits while developing strong long-term relationships. Your success will be measured by the partners satisfaction their continued collaboration and your ability to add value to every interaction.

Day to day you will:

  • Deliver all contracted partnership benefits seamlessly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners understanding their business needs and providing solutions.
  • Lead timelines and critical paths both internally and with partners to ensure smooth execution of partnership deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of sponsorship benefits.
  • Manage partnership documentation and administrative duties.
  • Proactively identify and communicate to the team any potential issues and offer solutions to exceed partner expectations.

Qualifications :

What youll bring:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience in account management with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • High professionalism attention to detail and ability to manage challenging conversations.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to create professional reports and presentations.
  • Ability to analyse survey results and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in the events industry will be advantageous.
