Job Summary:The Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the daily weekly and monthly operations at
A Few Good Lads. This role ensures smooth internal operations through accurate document management scheduling compliance oversight onboarding support and office administration. The Administrator acts as a key liaison between departments contributing to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Responding to emails and calls directing inquiries appropriately
- Managing all aspects of invoicing including creating sending and coordinating with accounts to ensure timely payments
- Ensuring WorkSafeBC compliance and maintaining up-to-date records
- Leading administrative audits and helping implement new systems or tools as needed
- Managing shared documents calendars and contact lists via Google Workspace
- Supporting job postings ensuring compliance with BC employment standards
- Assisting with client and employee onboarding processes
- Booking travel and coordinating schedules for the CEO and staff
- Purchasing and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Conducting monthly compliance checks and license renewals
- Supporting event preparation and administrative aspects of internal or client-facing events
- Ensuring a clean organized and efficient office environment
Requirements:
- 2 years in an administrative or office support role (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive Sheets Docs Calendar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with payroll and invoicing processes
Preferred:
- Experinece with quickbooks
- Familiarity with WorkSafeBC documentation and reporting
- Knowledge of licensing renewal schedules and document retention best practices
Work Conditions:This role will require you to work in the office located in is a full-time position with standard hours Monday to Friday (40 hours/week) 8am-4pm (ADT). Occasional flexibility may be required for company events on occasion.
