As a Sr. Account Executive you will strive to go above and beyond customer expectations every day. Partnering with your team you will schedule book and track each shipment to its completion across all modes of transportation (TL LTL Partial Flatbed etc.). Key responsibilities include but are not limited to proficiency quoting all modes verifying timely pick-ups and deliveries serving as the primary point of contact for resolving both external and internal issues and ensuring the financial health of each account.
We trust you to drive efficiency and own your book of business by analyzing and executing new strategies for increased growth and profitability. As a Sr. Account Executive you will attend and contribute to QBR/client meetings where your expertise will be crucial in partnering with Sales to review performance and take action on feedback provided from the client. You will maintain and update operating procedures when necessary working closely with inter-departmental teams at Echo to ensure the book of business is positioned for success.
You:
Have 2years of Customer Service experience
Can display a sense of urgency in managing time and accomplishing tasks
Are always one step ahead looking for creative ways to improve old processes
Have mastered the ability to build and maintain strong client partnerships
Possess the ability to communicate at all levels and with a wide range of personalities
Can solve any problem thats thrown your way
Are always ready for the next challenge

Requirements:
BA/BS Degree with high GPA
3of customer service experience in a business services environmentor 2 years internal Echooperations experience
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Calm under pressure
Superior business acumen
Knowledgeable on relevant modes of transportation
Team player mentality
