Launched in 2023 Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware software and services across Ford Blue Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Fords retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. In this position...
Ford is looking for a Product Leader to drive forward a portfolio of innovative products and enhancement within the Digital Product space focused on our Digital Storefront a digital experience available in mobile web and in vehicle enabling customers to discover shop for and manage vehicle upgrades (e.g. BlueCruise Autonomous Driving). The team is looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager who loves to innovate and drive products forward to the next generation ultimately changing tens of millions of customers lives.
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining strategy managing a portfolio of products and enhancements enhancing/creating new customer experiences to drive meaningful improvement in business performance analyzing data and coordinating a team of engineers designers and product managers to fulfill the vision. The ideal candidate will also be customer-obsessed will have an ability to operate strategically and tactically and work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. This ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment.
This position is open to remote unless the selected candidates live within 50 Miles of Dearborn MI or Palo Alto CA. If so then it requires a hybrid onsite schedule with 4 days a week in office.
Responsibilities
What youll do...
- Collaborate on multi-year product strategy for Ford Motor Company
- Own the strategy for your product area defining your vision goals and investments
- Develop new product pitches and requirements and translating into high quality product roadmaps
- Coordinating a large diverse team of engineers designers and partner product teams to innovate new and enhance existing products to drive your vision.
- Managing a diverse roadmap and making tradeoff decisions between investments across multiple years
- Analyzing data and performing sophisticated analytical exercises
- Drive standardization simplification and automation of internal processes and product development mechanisms to increase throughput
- Managing weekly and monthly product/business reporting

Qualifications
Youll have...
- Bachelors degree required
- 5 years of product management experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- A proven track record of setting and exceeding aggressive goals
- Ability to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organizations
