What youll do

  • Develop and deliver innovative SAP CX Sales and Service Cloud demo solutions with increased autonomy and strategic involvement in project tasks.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders including Presales teams Go-to-Market initiatives Partners and Customers to understand detailed demo requirements and tailor content that highlights the value of SAPs offerings.
  • Work on integrating logical products to craft comprehensive end-to-end demo narratives that effectively showcase SAP solutions.
  • Present internally created demos to the Presales community Partners and occasionally external stakeholders articulating product value seamlessly.
  • Create and maintain demo assets for stakeholders and customer events focusing on high-quality deliverables.
  • Proactively take ownership of assigned tasks identifying areas of concern and resolving issues promptly.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in managing diverse projects across solutions and adapting to various time zones.
  • Engage in critical prototyping and conduct in-depth analysis to support proposed solutions ensuring alignment with project goals.

What you bring

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in functional and technical areas of SAP Sales & Service Cloud including SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services like SAP HANA Cloud Cloud Integration and Cloud Identity.
  • Proven integration experience with SAP CPI and SAP Products with SAP CAP proficiency a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical challenges. Relevant certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate in Sales & Service Cloud and BTP technologies are beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with stakeholders and architects.
  • Driven by customer focus with a commitment to satisfying and aligning with business objectives.
  • A constant desire for self-improvement and exploration of technologies such as AI and advanced cloud solutions
