We are seeking a smart dedicated and fluent English-speaking professional to join our team as an Enquiry & Admission Facilitator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting admission inquiries into enrollments ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and their families. This is a target-oriented role requiring excellent communication skills proficiency in CRM and Excel and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming admission inquiries via phone email Social Media WhatsApp and in-person visits.
- Provide detailed information about our academy programs teaching methodologies and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and update records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the academic team to schedule assessments and interviews.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Participate in promotional events and open houses to attract new students.
- Prepare regular reports on admission metrics and conversion rates.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in admissions sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Residing within a 15 km radius of Mulund West.

- Tech-enabled marketing & outreach: Ability to craft and execute targeted outreach campaignsvia email social media or eventsto generate quality leads.

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English with a friendly and confident approach.
