Job Description

Are you passionate about compliance service delivery and working in a collaborative environment Were looking for a dedicated WFA/TTW Claims Team Leader to join our Claims team in a full-time fully remote role.

Exploring the role

In this specialised role as the WFA/TTW Claims Team Leader youll lead a team of Claims Officers to make sure outcome claims are lodged accurately on time and in line with CoActs model.

Youll work closely with member site staff to check documentation process claims and provide support training and guidance to help deliver high-quality outcomes across the network.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead support and develop a team of Claims Officers
  • Ensure accurate and timely lodgement of outcome claims
  • Review documentation and process payments on behalf of members
  • Engage with stakeholders to guide them on evidence and claim requirements
  • Monitor performance data and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Provide expert advice on compliance contracts and service delivery
  • Foster strong working relationships across internal and external stakeholders

Skills and experience

  • Extensive experience lodging claims in employment services
  • Demonstrated experience in developing thorough contract knowledge and its application in service delivery
  • Strong understanding of WFA/TTW contracts and compliance frameworks
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to accurately record and lodge data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to interpret complex documents
  • Proficient in planning prioritising and guiding team performance
