JOB OVERVIEW
DebtBook is seeking a Treasury Product Analyst to join our Product team and play a critical role in supporting Customer Success functions specifically implementation onboarding and customer support for our Treasury products.
In this role you will partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure new customers are successfully onboarded product questions are addressed promptly and feedback is translated into product improvements. Youll help troubleshoot issues guide customers through best practices and maintain the integrity and functionality of Treasury features.
