Responsible for coordinating all aspects of facilities maintenance and MRO supplies for Vera Bradleys retail locations. Manage collaborative relationships between Visual Merchandising Retail Construction Risk Management and corporate Engineering to ensure maintenance is performed in a manner that maintains the Vera Bradley brand with the lowest possible cost.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: Other duties may be assigned)

- Coordinate with VB management and vendor partners to support the needs of our retail locations
- Coordinate supplies orders for all retail locations regarding maintenance and operations
- Responsible for work order flow for retail work requests
- Take appropriate and timely action when vendors fail to meet their obligations
- Schedule and manage inspections and repairs for retail locations
- Interface with Landlords for all VB facilities to ensure repairs are completed timely and accurately
- Coordinate PM and repair schedules for key store services
- Maintain legal records for each location regarding fire prevention and lease abstracts
- Process department invoices for approval and payment
- Assist in the establishment analysis and submission of annual maintenance budget
- Prepare monthly reports on maintenance costs per store
- Maintain awareness and keep updated on all technical advancements within area of responsibility
- Maintain collaborative relationships with all other departments by reporting issues to Construction and Visual teams and liaising with corporate Engineering.
- Work with mall operations team to resolve issues outside of the lease lines when necessary
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors in Business Management or related field preferred
- 2 years combined maintenance and/or project coordination experience
- Experience using CMMS Service Channel is a plus
- Retail industry experience preferred

Base Pay Range:
$50500.00 - $75700.00
Vera Bradleys compensation ranges are based on market data and comply with all local state and federal regulations. Individual pay within the listed range depends on work location skills experience and relevant education.
