About This Role
Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and various Homeowners Associations
Review and interpret HOA guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance for all home
improvement projects
Prepare and submit necessary documentation for HOA approvals including project
proposals plans and permits
Liaise with homeowners to gather project details and assist them in understanding HOA requirements
Maintain a database of HOA contacts rules and regulations for quick reference
Follow up on submitted applications to ensure timely processing and address any
questions or concerns from HOA boards
Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and HOA representatives.
Qualifications:
Hours M-F 8am - 4:30pm
Key Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role particularly in home improvement construction
or property management is a plus
Strong understanding of residential construction practices and home improvement
processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
