SER-Nios Charter School District is seeking a dedicatedAssistant Principalfor our elementary campus to support instructional excellence positive student culture and strong family partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers with coaching and instructional leadership.
- Assist with student discipline and campus operations.
- Foster family engagement and clear communication.
- Help ensure compliance with district and state policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (required); Masters in Educational Leadership (preferred).
- Texas Principal Certification (required or in progress).
- 3 years of teaching experience (required).
- Leadership experience preferred.
