17-HOUR PER WEEK ASSISTANT

HIGHLY ORGANIZED STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS (ENGLISH REQUIRED SPANISH BENEFICIAL). STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS. POSITIVE PRESENCE IN PERSON AND ON THE PHONE. ABLE TO HANDLE COMPETING PRIORITIES CALMLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION AT 17 HOURS PER WEEK. SCHEDULE MAY BE 2.5 DAYS PER WEEK OR 3.5 HOURS PER DAY IN JOB SHARE WITH A SECOND OFFICE ASSISTANT. SCHEDULE MATCHES STUDENT ATTENDANCE DAYS WITH SOME ADDITIONAL DAYS OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL SCHEDULE (PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT SUMMER VACATION COVERAGE). FLEXIBILITY AND STRENGTH TO CARRY AND PUSH UP TO 50 LBS REACH OVERHEAD ETC.
