Environmental Engineer

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

  • Perform Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) to evaluate and enhance product footprint.;
  • Support product certification material declarations and the creation of Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) and Health Product Declarations (HPD);
  • Monitor environmental trends and ensure product compliance with regulations;
  • Develop and implement innovative tools and methods for automating eco-design processes across product development;
  • Provide expert training and coaching on product ecology throughout the development and validation phases;
  • Offer technical advice on low-energy designs and guide engineering efforts in areas like reuse remanufacturing recycling and carbon emissions;
  • Lead product environmental projects ensuring they align with objectives timelines budgets and regulatory standards from inception to completion.

Schindler is seeking a dedicated Environmental Engineer to join our Global Technology Department and play a pivotal role in delivering environmentally sustainable and energy-efficient products and services.

What Youll Do:

  • Perform Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) to evaluate and enhance product footprint.;
  • Support product certification material declarations and the creation of Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) and Health Product Declarations (HPD);
