About the Job
As a Production Planner youll help transform and align our production planning strategy securing accuracy efficiency and communication across the supply chain. Youll be responsible for creating reliable production plans reducing lead times and ensuring our ERP system is kept up to date. Your work directly supports manufacturing order handling and supplier coordination.
This is a 14-month temporary position where youll play a key role in maintaining stability while driving change.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage production plans based on sales orders and production capacity
Optimize resource usage to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
Ensure accurate and consistent data in our ERP system
Collaborating with production order handling and purchasing teams
Maintain communication with suppliers and update stakeholders on order progress
Monitor key KPIs related to inventory and lead times
Contribute to planning process improvements with a lean customer-focused mindset
What You Know
You bring solid knowledge in production planning and an understanding of the full value chain from supply chain logistics to shop-floor operations. Youre comfortable working in ERP systems and enjoy solving problems that involve many moving parts.
Experience with production planning tools and ERP systems
Understanding of production flows and the manufacturing process
Insight into purchasing and order handling functions
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
