Professional certification in project controls such as PMP CCP (AACE) or equivalent is highly desirable.

Lead the Project Controls function on-site including planning & scheduling cost control risk and change management document control and project performance reporting.
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and ensure alignment with work plans resource allocations and procurement strategies.
Establish and manage project cost control systems including forecasting budgeting earned value management (EVM) and cost reporting.
Implement and maintain risk and change management processes ensuring timely assessment and mitigation planning.
Provide accurate and timely reporting to project leadership stakeholders and corporate functions.
Coordinate with engineering procurement construction and contract teams to ensure alignment of project controls systems and deliverables.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance against baseline plans and KPIs.
Conduct variance analysis and proactively recommend corrective actions.
Facilitate project reviews and audits in alignment with company and client standards.
Ensure compliance with HSE quality and project governance requirements.
