About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Agile Development Team within our Applications Management Group as a Technical Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract or secondment.
The role will support the implementation of our Families First Partnerships as part of the Social Care Reform Act and to support any systems change requirements resulting from legislative requirements.
You will bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders ensuring that IT systems align with the business objectives and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
As part of this role you will work closely with colleagues within Children and Families Services and the wider ICT Teams to analyse business needs arising from these changes and define requirements. You will also work with local authority partners and external agencies to support the delivery of the technical solutions. As such recent knowledge and understanding of working within Children and Families Services would be advantageous.
