Job Title:Training Program Specialist Intern
Location: Mississauga Canada

What Youll Learn
What Youll Do
Feedback Mechanisms (i.e.: surveys reporting data analytics):
Create feedback opportunities using appropriate processes systems/tools to evaluate and measure training effectiveness.
Continual Improvement recommendations track trends change management
Communications:
Draft and send email communications to audience groups for available training materials assets & artifacts available in line with the project scope
Draft and publish all posts for all available training via online channels as appropriate
Lessons Learned:
Host PIR meetings with assistance from Global Training team members
Document findings and store in SharePoint
Share findings with team and action items for future releases continual improvements
Process Improvements assist with day-to-day operational workflow and suggest/implement processes and improvements
Training Facilitation & Administration Duties
Manage coordination scheduling and reporting efforts. Mitigate issues as required
Work with stakeholders to secure Trainer resources
Logistics - book rooms/coordinate with regions as applicable
Scheduling
work with identified stakeholders to get a schedule list of attendees and maintain master tracker
Communications:
Send invites via LMS
Maintain Calendar on Global Training Website
Internal Communication blasts to attendees
Course details links and training session information to audience groups
Attendance:
Collaborate with Trainers on attendance tracking
Completion Reports:
Collect and send weekly reports on completion status to leadership
Feedback survey:
Create and deploy feedback surveys
Collect and action feedback from survey in a timely fashion
Global Training Mailbox
Manage/maintain daily intake and vet requests
Needs assessment and putting together training plan develop strategies ongoing project management/tracking
Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program related to Business Project Coordination or Project Management.
Excellence in communication skills
Excellence in English speaking skills and proficient with spelling and grammar
Expert MS Office
Ability to multi-task in fast paced environments maintaining several projects and work assignments simultaneously
Proficient at coordination and facilitation of meeting
