Why Patients Need You
We are seeking a Program Management Director for a 912 month secondment to lead a high-visibility portfolio of initiatives within Global Commercial Analytics with a strong focus on advancing the new GCA Sourcing strategy. This secondment is for colleague parental leave coverage.
As part of the Global Commercial Analytics organization you will collaborate closely with leaders in Global Commercial Analytics across Data Science Insight Strategy and Execution Performance Analytics and Insights and Pipeline and Analytics Excellence.
You will be relied on as a strategic problem solver driving complex projects forward while creating clarity structure and accountability across a wide network of cross-functional partners.
How You Will Achieve It
Manage a portfolio of large-scale cross-functional analytics initiatives to deliver business impact through data and insights.
Partner across matrixed teams to align on priorities resolve challenges and ensure successful delivery of analytics programs and data products.
Provide clarity in ambiguous situationsdefining scope roles and timelinesand ensure consistent proactive communication across stakeholders.
Protect team focus by identifying and removing blockers streamlining workflows and championing effective collaboration.
Bring structure to complex efforts ensuring transparency alignment and measurable progress.
Qualifications
Must-Have
BA/BS in Marketing Psychology Mathematics Statistics or Engineering or similar related field required with 8 years of experience in consulting finance or market analytics
Defined involvement in helping frame design & execute solutions for challenging business situations
In-depth knowledge of multiple analytic disciplines.
Proven track record of being an indispensable thought partner to senior leaders and influencing without authority
Team-orientation and collaborative approach; outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage through influence
Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity a creative visionary who can drive innovation
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to influence and drive change at all levels in an organization
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity drive clarity and deliver results with limited oversight.
Strong storytelling skills able to translate complex analytics and program updates into clear compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
Nice-to-Have
MS or MBA preffered
Proven experience in large scale program or project management with a strong track record in commercial analytics or data-driven environments.
Familiarity with analytics and capabilities particularly those supporting customer targeting and engagement strategies.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating in a fast-paced highly matrixed organization.
Project Management (PMP PRINCE2 PMI-ACP CSM SAFe) also preferred or similar agile based training.
Hands-on experience in Marketing Commercial Analytics Sales Analytics preferred
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
