As our PTA Rehab Director you will:
Support clinical leadership and coordination of a multidisciplinary team of therapists
Oversee day-to-day rehab operations with a strong focus on quality care compliance and efficiency
Work collaboratively with facility staff medical teams and community partners
Foster team development engagement and satisfaction
Maintain a small meaningful treatment caseload to stay connected to patient care

What You Bring:
Current Wisconsin PTA license
Experience in therapy operations or strong potential for leadership
Passion for patient-centered care team development and continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- 1 years plus clinical practice experience
