Full-Time Traveler or Permanent New Grads Welcome

As a Physical Therapist you will provide skilled treatment across outpatient rehab skilled nursing and assisted living settings. Whether youre an experienced PT or a recent graduate youll find support mentorship and a positive environment to grow your career and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans based on physician orders
- Maintain detailed documentation including evaluations progress notes and discharge summaries
- Collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to improve functional outcomes
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning
- Track patient data and ensure timely supply requests
- Support or lead staff training and education sessions
- Provide leadership in the absence of the Director of Physical Therapy
What Were Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active New York State Physical Therapy license
- Interest in working with geriatric subacute and adult patient populations
- Previous experience preferred but not required (new grads welcome)
- Ability to direct support staff when needed
